This project came with challenging ground conditions, due to inadequate existing drainage and the need to maintain access around the construction zone, which necessitated careful coordination throughout execution. Effective water management was particularly important to protect the road structure and ensure long-term performance.
Our team adopted a phased construction approach, prioritising drainage and ground stabilization before progressing to the road layers. Continuous site supervision, material quality checks, and close coordination of construction activities allowed us to address site conditions as they emerged without compromising engineering standards.
