The client’s brief was to deliver a medium-scale industrial factory facility designed for efficient production, storage and logistics operations. The project required a durable, low-maintenance structure with generous internal spans, adequate loading access, natural ventilation and lighting, and sufficient flexibility to accommodate future changes in production capacity.

Execution began with site preparation, structural planning and coordinated material procurement, followed by reinforced concrete works, structural steel installation, roofing, external envelope and internal industrial spaces. Particular attention was given to workflow: movement of personnel, raw materials, machinery and finished goods had to function efficiently without compromising safety or future maintainability.
